A combination of coffee and milk chocolate for biscuits and pastries! ICAM Cubotti milk-coffee is a bake-stable milk chocolate chunk, made from milk chocolate and ground Arabica coffee. The rich coffee flavour lingers in the mouth, and a slight milky note rounds out the whole.

The chunks are about 15 × 15 × 4 mm in size and withstand high baking temperatures. Use them in cookies, muffins, cakes, pastries and as an ingredient in ice cream. The 4 kg box is suitable for professional use and heavy baking.
