PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS
270g taikinaa / 3 pizzapohjaa     Valmistusaika: 15 min + nostatusaika noin 1,5h
Baking time: about 3 min

Ingredients for a pizza base:
150 g Nutrifree Mix per Pizza flour
120 g lukewarm water
3 g dry yeast
3 g extra-virgin olive oil

1. Mix the pizza flour and dry yeast together in a bowl.
2. Add the water while stirring the dough constantly.
3. Add the oil and knead the dough for about 10 min.
4. Let the dough rise in an uncovered bowl for about 1.5 h.
5. Preheat the oven to about 250 °C.
6. Jaa taikina kolmeen osaan. Kauli osat n. 2 mm paksuisiksi pizzapohjiksi.
7. Paista pohjaa noin 1-2 min. Voit esipaistaa useamman pizzapohjan kerrallaan uunin tilavuudesta riippuen.
8. Add the toppings of your choice to the pizza and bake in the oven for a few more minutes (the time depends on the toppings and their amount).
