ICAM Cocoa Paste is a high-quality 100% cocoa paste, made from carefully selected American and South American cocoa beans. The cocoa beans are roasted, shelled and ground into a fine mass without added sugar or other ingredients.

Because cocoa paste is not conched, its flavour remains especially intense and authentically cocoa-like. It is excellent in ganaches, pralines, chocolate bars, creams, mousses and ice cream when a strong and genuine cocoa aroma is wanted.
