ICAM Giada is a mild white chocolate mild white chocolate, in which the aroma of milk and vanilla balances the sweetness typical of white chocolate. The glossy surface, good fluidity and easy crystallisation make it easy to work with.

Giada is especially suitable for making pralines shells and coatings, small hollow shapes, fillings and decorations, as well as for praline, panning and flexible chocolate work. In pastry it is used for glazes and creams. The 4 kg bag is sized for professional use and larger-scale baking.
